Modern Slavery & Anti-Trafficking Statement
1. Our Business
AdultWork.me.uk operates as an adult classified advertising directory in the United Kingdom. We provide an online platform for adult advertisers to list services and for adult members of the public to browse those listings.
We recognise that the nature of our platform means we must be particularly vigilant about potential exploitation, trafficking, and coercion. This statement sets out the steps we take to address those risks.
2. Our Policies on Slavery & Trafficking
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation. This includes:
- All advertising content is subject to review against signs of trafficking or coercion
- Our Terms & Conditions explicitly prohibit content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation
- Accounts found to be associated with trafficking are immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement
- We do not knowingly profit from, facilitate, or enable any act of modern slavery or trafficking
3. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
We take the following steps to identify and mitigate risk:
- Content monitoring — listings are reviewed for indicators of exploitation including duplicated images across multiple profiles, generic descriptions, and atypically low rates
- User reporting — every listing carries a clear “Report” button linking to our report form and to external helplines
- Law enforcement cooperation — we respond promptly to requests from the National Crime Agency (NCA), police forces, and CEOP
- Safeguarding team — we maintain a dedicated safeguarding review process for all reported content
- External partnerships — we work with safeguarding organisations to improve detection methods
