3. Our Response Timescales

4. What We Will Do

5. If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to relevant external bodies:
- Data protection complaints → Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — 0303 123 1113
- Advertising complaints → Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
- Consumer rights → Citizens Advice
- Legal action → Courts of England and Wales (see our Terms & Conditions)
6. Vexatious or Repetitive Complaints
We reserve the right to decline to respond to complaints that are vexatious, repetitive, or made in bad faith. We will inform you if we consider a complaint to fall into this category and explain our reasons.
